Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how recurring managed services and project engagements may be canceled or terminated.
1. Scope
Applies to managed hosting, cloud operations, security management, email infrastructure, application maintenance, and related support services delivered by FBG Holding LLC.
2. Recurring Services
- Standard cancellation notice: 30 calendar days in writing.
- Service continues during the notice period unless both parties agree otherwise.
- Invoices issued for active service periods remain payable according to contract terms.
3. One-Time Projects
- Projects may be canceled in writing at any time.
- Client is responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Non-refundable third-party costs already incurred are billable.
4. Handover and Offboarding
- We provide handover documentation for completed work and active configurations.
- Credential transfer and access updates are coordinated during offboarding.
- Optional transition support can be provided under a separate scope.
5. Suspension for Non-Payment
If invoices remain overdue beyond contract terms, FBG may suspend service after written notice. Suspension does not waive outstanding balances.
6. Security and Data During Termination
During cancellation or termination, reasonable safeguards remain in place until final handover. Data retention and deletion follow the applicable service agreement and privacy policy.
