Email Deliverability Audit

A written investigation of why your mail is not being read — not only whether it authenticates, but what the receiving side already knows about you. We test authentication and alignment, check the domain and its sending addresses against the public blocklists, look at how the list was built and how it behaves, and read the message the way a filter does: headers, link domains, image-to-text balance, unsubscribe handling. The findings come back ranked by what is actually costing you delivery.

What you get

  • Authentication and alignment tested end to end: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and whether the From domain lines up with what signs the mail
  • Reputation checks on the domain and its sending addresses against the public blocklists, with the delisting route for any that list you
  • Seed sends to accounts at the major providers, with the full headers of what arrived and a note of where it landed
  • A list review — how addresses were acquired, what is bouncing, what is complaining, and what is dragging the rest down
  • A findings report ordered by effect, and a call to walk your team through it

What this does not cover

  • Implementing the fixes. The audit says what is wrong and in what order to repair it; publishing the records is SPF / DKIM / DMARC Setup, and moving platforms is Email Platform Migration.
  • Any promise about inbox placement. Nobody controls another company's spam filter, and a service that quotes you a delivery percentage is selling something it cannot deliver.
  • Cleaning or re-verifying your list, and rewriting your campaigns. Both are reported on; neither is carried out.
  • Requesting blocklist delisting for you, which most operators require the domain owner to do themselves

Who it fits

A domain where the records are already correct and the mail still does not arrive — where the question is why this is happening, not what to publish. If you already know the domain has no SPF record, do not buy this: SPF / DKIM / DMARC Setup costs a fraction of it and is the answer the audit would give you.
